Stroke Awareness Oregon’s Men’s Group offers a welcoming, informal space for male stroke survivors to connect regularly and share meaningful experiences and discussions.

Meets via Zoom the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 3PST

Young Adult Stroke Survivors of Seattle provides support and community to all stroke survivors and caregivers. We believe that peer engagement is a vital component of navigating stroke recovery.

Meets via Zoom the 3rd Saturday of each month from 1-2pm PST with additional in person gatherings quarterly.

Kindness: Finding a Positive Way Forward Group welcomes stroke and TBI survivors to explore ways to think positively about the healing journey, using kindness as a catalyst.
